Since the iOS 14 update, you basically need a tracking solution for your e-commerce store. This is where ThoughtMetric comes in.
What is ThoughtMetric?
ThoughtMetric is an e-commerce tracking tool like Triple Whale and Adverfly. It’s really easy to set up, and you can easily connect data, track ads, and analyze performance.
ThoughtMetric’s Features
- Tracking for all mayor channels (Shopify and WooCommerce)
- Sends back data to Facebook and Google Ads
- Translatable Surveys
- See Customer Journey
Tracking the Customer Journey: ThoughtMetric lets me follow and understand the whole customer journey, from the time a person comes on my website to the time they make a purchase. With its detailed study of data, I can spot trends, find bottlenecks, and find good ways to make things better.
Translatable Surveys: You can easily translate your after-purchase surveys to your target language.
Sends back conversion data: Unlike Triple Whale and Adverfly does, ThoughtMetric send back the tracking data to the ad platforms. That leads to better pixel optimization and better targeting of your ads.
ThoughtMetric pricing – How much does it cost?
ThoughtMetric pricing works per page views instead of revenue, like Adverfly.
Up to 50.000 page views you pay $99
Up to 100.000 page views you pay $199
All plans also offer an annual plan, where you save about 20%
My experience with ThoughtMetric
So far, I only tested ThoughtMetric for 1 week. I compared it directly with Triple Whale and unfortunately I have to say that it didn’t track all the orders. But I also haven’t setup the Custom Domain Tracking of ThoughtMetric.
