What is a one pager?

A one pager website is a website that has only one page. This page usually contains all the necessary information about the business or person. Many small businesses use one pagers as their entire website because they are simple and to the point.

Larger companies may also have a one pager to complement their more complex website. It serves as a summary for visitors who want to know what the company is all about without having to navigate through multiple pages.

Menu items in the header do not jump to a new page in a one pager, but only to a section on the current page.

Why should you create a one pager?

  • When you create a one pager, you give your audience the opportunity to quickly and easily learn about a specific topic. A one pager is a short summary of a particular topic, so it can be very useful when you want to inform your audience about something new.
  • A one pager is also a great way to create online presences. By creating a one pager for your website or blog, you can ensure that your visitors get all the important information at a glance. This way, they can quickly and easily find out about what you have to offer.
  • Another advantage of one pager is that they are very well suited for search engine optimization (SEO). Due to the compact structure of a one pager, your website or blog can be easily indexed by search engines. Thus, your content can be found more easily by potential customers or clients.

Summary

A one pager offers many advantages. First of all, it is clear and well structured. Secondly, you can find everything you are looking for on one page. This is especially helpful when you want to get information quickly. Furthermore, you can easily create and update a one pager.
